Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations in the logistics sector.
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic solutions.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
