Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable Takaful (Islamic insurance) products.
  • Educate clients on the principles of Takaful, its benefits, and how it aligns with Shariah-compliant financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes in Takaful and financial services.
  • Prepare and present customized financial solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize and participate in sales campaigns, seminars, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or financial advisory is a plus, but not mandatory—training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Islamic finance principles or a willingness to learn about Takaful products.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia/Malay; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend company events.
  • Possess a valid work permit (for non-Indonesian applicants) or be eligible to work in Indonesia.
