Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners (farmers, distributors, retailers) to expand broiler sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for broiler products in the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and partner feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of broiler stock to partners.
  • Monitor and report on broiler weight, quality, and pricing to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training and support to partners on best practices for broiler handling, storage, and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive demand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agribusiness, poultry, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics (Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
