Responsibility
- Design, program, and configure fire alarm and suppression systems in compliance with local and international safety standards (NFPA, EN, etc.).
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of fire protection systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate fire safety solutions into building designs.
- Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system functionality and compliance.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on system operation and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in fire protection and systems engineering.
- Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; certification in fire protection systems is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on fire alarm, suppression, or detection systems.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring fire panels (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Bosch, or similar brands).
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, EN, or other relevant fire safety codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally other regions in Indonesia.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates).
