Responsibility
- Provide advanced (L2) technical support for system infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and maintain IT systems.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute backup/restore procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or L2 support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
- Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
