As a key member of our global network operations team, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced networking infrastructure, including Cisco routers, Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN devices, and Network Interface Devices (NIDs). Your expertise will ensure seamless connectivity, security, and performance for our enterprise clients across diverse industries.

Responsibility
- Configure and deploy Cisco routers, Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN solutions, and NIDs using standard, non-standard, and custom templates to meet client requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network architectures aligned with business needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks and enhance network protection.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and internal stakeholders during night-shift operations.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotations and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and support, with expertise in Cisco and Fortinet products.
- Proven experience with SD-WAN technologies, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS principles.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM ICT) with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex network issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams.
