Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-quality software features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure all software solutions meet business requirements and comply with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# and frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
