Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fixed network implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess technical requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of fixed network infrastructure, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, training, and documentation, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on fixed network implementation and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale network deployment projects from inception to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of fixed network technologies, including fiber optics, DSL, and IP networking.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or telecommunications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to project sites within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
