Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and technical requirements.
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise workflow solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate systems, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Provide end-to-end project support, from scoping and planning to implementation and Go-Live.
- Develop user training materials and conduct workshops to ensure smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in workflow automation, ERP, and enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, workflow automation, or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system configuration.
- Strong knowledge of workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid setting.
