Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OSP and FTTX projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing OSP and FTTX projects, with a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems, including fiber optics, network design, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
