Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for data protection.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA) are a bonus.
