Responsibility
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, CAC) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize digital campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide data-backed recommendations for website and UX improvements.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Present insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats to drive business decisions.
- Support CRM and customer segmentation initiatives to enhance personalization and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
