Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document system requirements and specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance and optimize ERP system functionalities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for major ERP system changes and updates.
- Estimate project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure efficient execution.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system integrations to streamline operations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, development, or ERP implementation.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and system integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), and database management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with system documentation, UML, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is advantageous.
