Responsibility
- Strategic Advisory: Engage with C-suite stakeholders to understand business objectives and recommend AI-driven solutions that align with long-term goals.
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable, enterprise-grade AI and machine learning architectures tailored to client needs, ensuring integration with existing systems.
- Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead technical discussions during the sales cycle, including RFP responses, demos, and client presentations to showcase Kyndryl’s AI capabilities.
- Proof-of-Concept (POC) Development: Spearhead POCs to validate AI use cases, measure ROI, and demonstrate tangible business value to prospective clients.
- Business Transformation: Identify opportunities for AI to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation across industries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends, contribute to whitepapers, and represent Kyndryl at industry conferences and webinars.
- Client Success: Monitor post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in IT consulting, solution architecture, or pre-sales, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data engineering tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI applications in sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess complex business problems and propose innovative AI solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or vendor-specific AI credentials) are a plus.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Southeast Asia, with a primary base in Bali.
