Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Project Oversight: Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of projects.
- Strategic Planning: Align technical roadmaps with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on architectural and coding expertise to resolve complex challenges and optimize system performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions.
- Process Improvement: Implement Agile/Scrum best practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
- Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent to build a world-class team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role overseeing teams of 5+ engineers.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure).
- Agile Leadership: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to architect scalable solutions and troubleshoot critical system issues.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
