Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role overseeing teams of 5+ engineers.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure).
  • Agile Leadership: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
