Responsibility
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement within ERP systems.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives and supply chain demands.
- Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality.
- Generate actionable insights and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for inventory optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in inventory management and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory analysis, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, RPA) and scripting to enhance inventory processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote night shift environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with inventory control methodologies (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, JIT) is a plus.
