Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global network security and identity strategy aligned with Zero Trust principles and organizational goals.
- IAM Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and efficient user authentication and authorization.
- Secure Connectivity: Oversee the implementation of VPNs, firewalls, and other secure connectivity solutions to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to global cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and conduct regular risk assessments to mitigate threats.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address security breaches and minimize organizational impact.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and third-party integrations.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the cybersecurity budget, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in network security, identity management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and manage complex projects in a global environment.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and risks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a commitment to continuous learning.
