Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage IT relocation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and addressing potential risks.
- Oversee site deployments, including hardware installation, network setup, and system migrations.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data integrity during relocations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with IT support teams.
- Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project coordination or relocation management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system deployments.
