Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience standards.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and architects to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Embed governance requirements and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the ICT or digital experience sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
