Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable fullstack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Architect and optimize backend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and align development with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality, best practices, and continuous learning.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fullstack development, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale, production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
