Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring long-term scalability.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a track record of leading teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity.
- Experience with IT governance, compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR), and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide strategic, data-driven solutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
