Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and design customized IT solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to showcase product value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and providing expert recommendations.
- Develop and refine solution proposals, including cost estimates and implementation timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation for client submissions.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to refine product roadmaps and sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into business benefits for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
