In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our Salesforce and HubSpot systems to enhance our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations and revenue processes. This is a fully remote position, perfect for professionals based in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).

Responsibility
- Administer and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot platforms to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency in GTM operations and revenue cycles.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, including deduplication, validation, and enrichment of customer records.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and business insights.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce and HubSpot with other business tools and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new features in Salesforce and HubSpot to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration, preferably in a GTM or revenue operations role.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, data management, and reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices, data hygiene, and process optimization.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Certifications in Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot CRM are a plus.
