Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT service delivery across AWS and GCC cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain ITIL governance frameworks to optimize service management processes.
- Oversee network, security, and application operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and improve service delivery metrics, including SLAs, uptime, and incident resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service efficiency and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified, GCC) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT service delivery, cloud operations (AWS/GCC), and ITIL governance.
- Strong technical background in network management, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving IT transformation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and IT service management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
