Responsibility
- Strategic IT Consulting: Partner with enterprise clients to assess their technology needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored digital transformation roadmaps.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable IT solutions, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and recommend automation, AI, or data analytics tools to streamline operations and drive cost savings.
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and budgeting to execution and post-implementation reviews, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, blockchain, generative AI) and advise clients on their potential business applications.
- Training & Change Management: Develop training programs and change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies across organizations.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the ROI of technology investments and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IT consulting, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation roles, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce), and data analytics.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with clients in finance, healthcare, retail, or logistics sectors is a plus.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, ITIL, or CISSP.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring teams, managing client expectations, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability: Willingness to travel occasionally (if required) and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
