Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven business process automation solutions using tools like RPA, NLP, and machine learning.
- Identify and assess business processes for automation potential, proposing AI-based improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and optimize custom AI models (e.g., predictive analytics, decision trees, or reinforcement learning) to automate repetitive and high-volume tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure alignment between AI solutions and business objectives.
- Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise software (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure seamless scalability.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine automation performance using data analytics and continuous feedback loops.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on AI best practices and emerging technologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and business process optimization to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on business process automation, RPA, or intelligent workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling for business applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and drive adoption.
