Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to store staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including POS systems, computers, printers, and networking devices.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting network connections, including Wi-Fi and LAN.
- Conduct regular IT equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities for future reference.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
- Train staff on basic IT operations and best practices for using company technology.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role (retail IT support is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with POS systems and retail technology is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to different store locations in Bali as needed.
