Responsibility
- Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital platforms to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to define test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution.
- Validate system functionality, performance, and usability to guarantee a seamless user experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide UAT insights and feedback.
- Assist in creating and maintaining UAT documentation, including test plans, reports, and user guides.
- Support end-users during UAT phases by providing training, troubleshooting, and clarifying system functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in UAT and AEM to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or related quality assurance roles.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
