Responsibility
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and functional designs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system workflows and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and testing of new systems to ensure they meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
