Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions, including intranets, portals, and workflows, tailored to business needs.
- Lead SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to cloud (SharePoint Online), ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, including permission errors, sync problems, and customization conflicts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly SharePoint environments.
- Optimize document management systems by implementing metadata, content types, and retention policies.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance productivity.
- Create and maintain custom SharePoint templates, web parts, and scripts using PowerShell or SPFx.
- Provide training and support to end-users, fostering adoption and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a SharePoint Specialist, Administrator, or Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations, configurations, and customizations.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, SPFx, or JavaScript/TypeScript for SharePoint development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Developer are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable internet connection.
