Responsibility
- Administer, configure, and maintain POS systems, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks, including access points, routers, and security protocols.
- Oversee CCTV setup, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure operational security and compliance.
- Perform regular system audits, backups, and updates to prevent downtime and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a System Administrator, IT Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, network administration (Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN), and CCTV systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
