Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive system acceptance testing (SAT) on integrated modules to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical discrepancies during the final assembly and integration phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Execute precise calibration of hardware components and software interfaces.
- Document testing procedures, performance results, and technical deviations in accordance with company quality standards.
- Support the final sign-off process to ensure products meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide technical feedback to the engineering team to facilitate continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system integration, testing, or quality engineering within an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Strong hands-on experience with automated assembly systems or semiconductor backend equipment.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with testing tools, diagnostic software, and PLC/automation control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail.
