Responsibility
- Lead the development of sustainable water treatment and waste management projects from initial concept through to final implementation
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, environmental scientists, and community stakeholders
- Prepare detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines for approval by senior management
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international sustainability standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners
- Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development, preferably in water/waste management sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of sustainable development principles and circular economy concepts
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Experience working in multicultural teams and international project environments
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across Bali
