Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) for industrial automation applications.
- Program, test, and debug robotic systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA) for manufacturing and assembly lines.
- Integrate motion control and servo systems to optimize machinery performance and precision.
- Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring and control of automated processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for automated equipment.
- Provide technical training and support to operational teams on new automation systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block).
- Proven expertise in industrial robotics, motion control, and servo systems.
- Proficiency with HMI/SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC).
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with automation standards (IEC 61131, ISO 13849, NFPA 79).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
