Responsibility
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of assigned projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Identify and resolve engineering challenges and bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all projects comply with local and international engineering codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members to foster professional development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project engineering, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IEEE) and regulatory requirements relevant to engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead teams, and drive projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as required.
