Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze system requirements to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production staff, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing, automotive, or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
