Responsibility
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, contours, and elevations for construction projects.
- Use advanced surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and laser levels, to collect accurate data.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and sketches for project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and document changes in land features during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all surveying activities.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably in construction or land development.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate data interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local surveying regulations and standards in Indonesia.
