Responsibility
- Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings for telecom infrastructure, including fiber routes, cell sites, towers, ducts, and equipment layouts.
- Collaborate with survey teams to interpret field data and integrate it into accurate CAD designs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to refine designs and address technical challenges.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to create 2D and 3D models of telecom infrastructure.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure precision and consistency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Operator, preferably in the telecom or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex survey data.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
