Based in Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, legal advisors, and finance specialists, to align contractual obligations with project goals. Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase orders (POs), and service agreements for civil, electrical, and mechanical projects, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Lead bidding processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and award recommendations to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Manage cost control and budget tracking for assigned projects, identifying savings opportunities and mitigating financial risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to align contractual terms with technical specifications and timelines.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to deliverables, milestones, and SLAs while resolving disputes or deviations proactively.
- Conduct risk assessments for contracts and propose mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Maintain documentation and records of all contractual agreements, amendments, and correspondences for audit and reference purposes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends to enhance contracting processes and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or project administration within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and cost analysis for large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of legal and financial aspects of contracts, including risk management, liability clauses, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
