Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site electrical and ELV system installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into broader project plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and compliance.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project budgets, track material procurement, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide innovative solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC), and client requirements.
- Document project progress, generate reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering, electrical installations, or ELV systems, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP for electrical design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and testing procedures (e.g., insulation resistance, earth continuity).
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and smart building technologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
