Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of team members.
- Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of engineering systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices in all engineering operations.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documenting maintenance activities, challenges, and solutions.
- Manage resources, including tools, equipment, and personnel, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in engineering.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, diagnostic tools, and maintenance management systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
