Responsibility
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies for new and existing products.
- Conduct thorough research on international regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and legal teams to integrate regulatory requirements into product development.
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory approvals and certifications.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory landscapes to proactively address compliance risks.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on regulatory matters.
- Participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory standards and certification processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in technical writing and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with product testing, validation, and compliance audits is a plus.
