As a Site Engineer, you will oversee the technical execution of telecom projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Your expertise will drive the successful deployment of network systems, from site surveys and feasibility studies to installation, testing, and handover. With a collaborative approach, you’ll work alongside cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and local authorities, to deliver seamless connectivity solutions in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital hubs.

Responsibility
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments to determine optimal locations for telecom infrastructure deployment.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and project plans in collaboration with design teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom equipment, including towers, antennas, and fiber optic cables.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices (e.g., P.U. Law, BAPPEBTI guidelines).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, as-built documentation, and handover packages to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to mitigate risks and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably in telecommunications or network infrastructure.
- Proven track record in project coordination, site supervision, and technical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with telecom standards (e.g., 4G/5G, fiber optics, microwave) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for planning and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English fluency required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments with occasional travel across Bali.
- Certifications in telecom engineering (e.g., Cisco, Huawei) or project management (PMP) are advantageous.
