Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of production equipment to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for maintenance needs.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in occupational safety is a plus.
