Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of cooling tower systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in cooling systems and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of cooling tower equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all engineering activities.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. license) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on cooling tower systems, HVAC, or industrial refrigeration.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, ISO, OSHA) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
