Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement test programs for semiconductor ICs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest).
- Collaborate with design and production teams to define test requirements and ensure product reliability.
- Optimize test coverage, yield, and efficiency through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement.
- Debug and resolve test-related issues, providing technical support to manufacturing and R&D teams.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline test processes and enhance productivity.
- Document test procedures, specifications, and reports for compliance and traceability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor testing and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor IC test development or related roles.
- Proficiency in test programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Verilog) and ATPG tools.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and debug techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
