As an Instrumentation Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of instrumentation technicians to ensure optimal performance of control systems, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of instrumentation assets.
- Troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to enhance process efficiency and product consistency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and company safety protocols for instrumentation and control systems.
- Oversee calibration, testing, and validation of instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Manage instrumentation projects, including system upgrades, installations, and integrations with new technologies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, emerging technologies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficient in using calibration tools, diagnostic software, and instrumentation testing equipment.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing, FMCG, or process industries is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications in instrumentation (e.g., ISA, TÜV) are highly advantageous.
