Responsibility
- Design and develop MEP systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Oversee the installation and testing of MEP systems to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction phases.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MEP engineering.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in MEP design and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient MEP solutions is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
