Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPFS systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for MEPFS systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and on-site teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address technical queries and ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEPFS engineering, preferably in construction or project management.
- Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
