Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for BESS and hybrid PV projects, assessing technical and economic viability.
- Design and optimize Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Perform technical evaluations of BESS components, including batteries, inverters, and control systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and documentation for BESS installations.
- Oversee project execution, including procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy storage systems, renewable energy, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in BESS design, integration, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery technologies, and grid integration.
- Experience with feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system optimization.
- Familiarity with renewable energy regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
